When a customer requests a quote, we require some basic information for our records. This includes name, address, email and phone number.
What we do with the information
Personal data is used for 1 of 2 reasons:
- We will use it to issue a quote, work order, and invoice during the course of regular business;
- We will periodically contact our customers with a friendly seasonal reminder. This happens a maximum of 4 times per year and a customer can opt-out by simply replying. When a customer opts out, they will not hear from us again.
